4. Payment Terms
4.1. Invoice Payment Deadline
Invoices issued by Axiontic are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of issuance.
4.2. Late Payment Penalty
For payments exceeding the specified deadline, a cumulative daily interest rate of 0.1% of the outstanding balance will be charged. This penalty will accrue until the full payment is received.
Example: If an invoice amounting to €1,000 is overdue by 10 days, the accumulated penalty will be:
0.1% × 10 days × €1,000 = €10.
